  • Your Onboarding & Discovery Meeting – An online one-on-one meeting to understand more about your consulting practice, goals and challenges. This meeting provides more information to help customize your strategy sessions and optimize mentoring.
  • Program Guarantee & Confidentiality – The program includes a performance-based 10X guarantee. It’s totally confidential and you are provided with an agreement from Consulting10X stating non-compete and non-solicitation in perpetuity.
  • Consulting Strategy & Training – Includes 9 video modules with 64 sessions, typically less than 15 minutes per session (proven tactics and actions with no fluff!), modules are released every 4 days. The Consulting10X strategy, tactics and tools are detailed in a way to provide a pathway for accelerated growth.
  • Consulting10X Management Toolkit – Developed over two decades with numerous tools in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and PDF files that help you to improve project costing, proposing, contracting, managing projects, deliverable examples, and managing your firm’s growth. You will also learn methods to leverage AI in your business model and which SaaS tools will best help you operate with efficiency.
  • Your Strategy Development Meetings – Strategy meetings will be held monthly with you for the first three months of your program membership. These strategy and mentoring sessions will help you define goals and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Proposal & Sales Presentation Review (6-months) – Submit one each month for our review and we’ll provide suggestions to help you close more deals.
